Qualivenza offers professional qualification enhancement sessions led by expert instructors. Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our contact form.

Digital materials are available for immediate access upon purchase. Access instructions will be sent via email.

5. Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times vary based on location.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on qualivenza.online. Payment is due in full prior to delivery or session commencement.

7. Extended Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction. The refund policy depends on the type of offering:

• Services: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled session may be transferred to another date. Cancellations within 7 days of the session are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred once subject to availability.
• Info Products: Due to immediate access, no refund applies after access has been granted. If access has not yet been provided, a full refund may be requested within 3 days of purchase.
• Goods: Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us. We will provide a shipping label and process a refund of the paid fees, excluding shipping charges, within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain specialized consulting packages are sold on a final sale basis and are non-refundable due to bespoke resource allocation. This status will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

9. Transfer Policy

Live session dates may be transferred once if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the original date. Transfers are subject to instructor availability.

10. Changes to Terms

Qualivenza reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time in 2025. Changes will be posted on qualivenza.online and take effect upon posting.
